UM YES started the way most good things do — with a pile of perfectly good stuff that deserved a second life instead of a landfill.

We're a small, human-run resale shop based in Cumberland, Maine. We find second-hand pieces — furniture, decor, kitchen things, curiosities — clean them up, photograph them honestly, and bring them here for you. No stock photos, no exaggeration. If a drawer sticks or a mug has a chip, we'll tell you.

Everything you see is the actual item, and there's only ever one of each. We describe condition plainly, measure what matters, and price things fairly. A real person reviews and approves every single listing before it goes live — nothing is posted automatically.
